It is not an interview. An Interview involves sitting down and discussing strengths and weakness, and what I can bring and what I'm looking for. This is (paraphrasing, the conversation happened early this morning after three hours of sleep) "we'd like you to come volunteer for a few hours, to see how you fit."

I will not pass out. I will wear appropriate clothing, and get down on the children's level, and remember as many names as possible, and help enforce rules, and use positive language and and and...

I can do this. I went to school for three years to do this. Just because my last place of employment totally fucked me and my bosses were evil, doesn't mean it will happen again. I CAN DO THIS, GODDAMN IT. They WILL hire me. Everything WILL be okay.
