Apr. 24th, 2011 03:54 pmToday I am a sad panda. Here are some reasons:
1) Kay finished her Killjoys project, and we got to watch it last night. It's hilarious in the way that filming yourself always is, but i still think it's good. But Youtube won't let us upload it for the enjoyment of all. (and flaming, because god knows youtube is full of trolls.) Stupid copyright infringement.
2) I stayed up until first bus, which on a Sunday schedule means I got home at 8.30. Since there was no food yesterday, I needed breakfast before I crashed, so lets say asleep at 9.30. I got woken up to help cook easter dinner at 2. Then the added indignity of my parents saying it would be ready at 5.30. WE NORMALLY EAT AT 8, WHY ARE WE ONLY EATING EARLY ON THE DAY THAT INVOLVES ME GETTING NO SLEEP?
3) My story has not been claimed for a mix-and/or-art on crossbigbang. I realise there's not a large bandom presence there, but I worked really hard on that story. And if nobody wants to make a mix for it, will anyone even read it? Last year there wasn't a single comment on my werewolf bigbang. I'm going to be really fucking depressed if that happens again.
Today is made of fail. :(
ETA: also, while I was walking to the bus yesterday it hailed. HAILED. April fucking 23rd, and it hailed. Winnipeg weather, what are you even?
